Adjust Servings:
1 cup frozen veggie mix corn, peas, carrots
1 red capsicum chopped in small cubes
1 red onion finely chopped
200g Swiss brown mushrooms roughly chopped
200g canned bean sprouts drained
230g canned water chestnuts drained and roughly chopped
230g canned bamboo shoots drained and roughly chopped
1 tsp vegetable salt
1 Massel stock cube chicken style
1 tbs sesame seed oil
2 cups boiled jasmine rice

    In a frying pan place all the ingredients except for the rice and the bean sprouts. Cook for about 10 minutes covered.
