Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 head broccoli cut in small florets
120g baby spinach
250g snow peas
2 bunches asparagus cut in small pieces
1 cup water
1 stock cube Massel Chicken style
Dressing
1 tbs soy sauce or more
2 tbs lemon juice or more
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs sesame seeds slightly roasted
1 tbs sunflower seeds slightly roasted

    In a pan mix the water with the stock cube and bring to boil.

    Add the broccoli, peas, asparagus and spinach. Cover and simmer for 5 min. Drain and set aside.

    Separately make the dressing by mixing the lemon juice with the soy sauce, oil and seeds.

    Pour the dressing over the greens.
    Serve hot or cold.
